Self-Paced Online Courses

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course has been completed. After this point, purchases are non-refundable.

Certificate Programs

Certificate program purchases are non-refundable once course access has been granted.

Live Training or Coaching

Cancellation policies for live events, coaching, and consulting services will be outlined in the individual service agreement.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course, please contact us before requesting a refund. We are happy to help resolve access issues.
